PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Preheat oven Electric 180 C / Fan 160 C, Gas 4
Servings: 24 biscuits
Equipment
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- mixing bowl
- food mixer
- small dish
- measuring spoon
Ingredients
- 50 g/2oz butter/margarine
- 75 g/3oz soft brown sugar
- ½ egg
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 100 g/4oz peanut butter
- 75 g/3oz SR flour
Instructions
- Place butter, peanut butter and sugar in mixing bowl
- Beat together until soft and creamy
- Add egg and vanilla essence. Beat well
- Fold in flour
- Roll into balls and flatten gently with a fork
- Bake for 15mins. Halfway through cooking press down gently with fork
- Store in air tight tin
