PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Preheat oven Electric 180 C / Fan 160 C, Gas 4
Servings: 24 biscuits
- 50 g/2oz butter/margarine
- 75 g/3oz soft brown sugar
- ½ egg
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 100 g/4oz peanut butter
- 75 g/3oz SR flour
Place butter, peanut butter and sugar in mixing bowl
Beat together until soft and creamy
Add egg and vanilla essence. Beat well
Fold in flour
Roll into balls and flatten gently with a fork
Bake for 15mins. Halfway through cooking press down gently with fork
Store in air tight tin
