TURKEY IN SPICED YOGURT
Preheat oven Electric 170 C/Fan 150 C, Gas 3
Servings: 2 people
- 200 g turkey breast
- 1 Fry light
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 3 floz natural yogurt
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp coconut
- ½ tbsp plain flour
- ¼ pt stock
Dice turkey.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice with the spices
Add turkey, cover and marinade for several hours.
Peel and slice onion
Lightly fry onion in Fry Light
Add flour and coconut.
Stir in turkey and yogurt.
Slowly bring to the boil
Pour into casserole dish and cook for 1¼hours.
