TURKEY IN SPICED YOGURT

Preheat oven Electric 170 C/Fan 150 C, Gas 3

Equipment

  • small bowl
  • frying pan & spatula
  • chopping board & sharp knife
  • lemon squeezer

Ingredients

  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 1 Fry light
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 3 floz natural yogurt
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • ½ tbsp plain flour
  • ¼ pt stock

Instructions

  • Dice turkey.
  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice with the spices
  • Add turkey, cover and marinade for several hours.
  • Peel and slice onion
  • Lightly fry onion in Fry Light
  • Add flour and coconut.
  • Stir in turkey and yogurt.
  • Slowly bring to the boil
  • Pour into casserole dish and cook for 1¼hours.
