TURKEY IN SPICED YOGURT
Preheat oven Electric 170 C/Fan 150 C, Gas 3

- small bowl
- frying pan & spatula
- chopping board & sharp knife
- lemon squeezer
Ingredients
- 200 g turkey breast
- 1 Fry light
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 3 floz natural yogurt
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp coconut
- ½ tbsp plain flour
- ¼ pt stock
Instructions
- Dice turkey.
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice with the spices
- Add turkey, cover and marinade for several hours.
- Peel and slice onion
- Lightly fry onion in Fry Light
- Add flour and coconut.
- Stir in turkey and yogurt.
- Slowly bring to the boil
- Pour into casserole dish and cook for 1¼hours.
