Method
Peel and slice onion
Peel and slice apple
Peel and slice mushrooms
Peel, core and slice apple
Heat oil in frying pan and brown chops, put to one side
Add onion ,mushroom and apple cook for 2-3mins
Place vegetables in base of casserole
Season with salt, pepper and a sprinkle of sage
Lay chops on vegetables
Pour over cider and cook for 1 hour or until tender
Mix cheese with breadcrumbs
Sprinkle over chops and return to oven for further 20-30mins
