HAZELNUT/MARSHMALLOW SURPRISE BITES

Ingredients

  • 37 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 3 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 50 g Brown Sugar
  • 150 g Coconut
  • 50 g Hazelnuts/small marshmallows

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a saucepan
  • Add cocoa, condensed milk and sugar
  • Heat until melted and smooth – stir all the time
  • Remove from heat and add approx. 5 oz (125g) coconut
  • Divide into approx. 20 pieces
  • Flatten slightly, wrap around a hazelnut/marshmallow.
  • Roll in coconut.
  • Place in cases
  • Will keep for a week in the fridge
