HAZELNUT/MARSHMALLOW SURPRISE BITES

Ingredients
- 37 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 3 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 50 g Brown Sugar
- 150 g Coconut
- 50 g Hazelnuts/small marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan
- Add cocoa, condensed milk and sugar
- Heat until melted and smooth – stir all the time
- Remove from heat and add approx. 5 oz (125g) coconut
- Divide into approx. 20 pieces
- Flatten slightly, wrap around a hazelnut/marshmallow.
- Roll in coconut.
- Place in cases
- Will keep for a week in the fridge
