WALDORF SALAD

Equipment
- chopping board & sharp knife
- mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g Walnut pieces
- 4-6 sticks of celery
- 1 apple
- Mayonnaise
- Chives or parsley to serve
Instructions
- Wash and chop celery
- Core and chop apple
- Mix together
- Stir in walnuts and enough mayonnaise to coat the celery and apple
- Chill.
- Sprinkle with either chives of chopped parsley
