WALDORF SALAD

Equipment

  • chopping board & sharp knife
  • mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g Walnut pieces
  • 4-6 sticks of celery
  • 1 apple
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chives or parsley to serve

Instructions

  • Wash and chop celery
  • Core and chop apple
  • Mix together
  • Stir in walnuts and enough mayonnaise to coat the celery and apple
  • Chill.
  • Sprinkle with either chives of chopped parsley
