WALDORF SALAD

chopping board & sharp knife
mixing bowl
Ingredients

g
Walnut pieces
4-6
sticks of celery
1
apple
Mayonnaise
Chives or parsley to serve
Instructions
Wash and chop celery
Core and chop apple
Mix together
Stir in walnuts and enough mayonnaise to coat the celery and apple
Chill.
Sprinkle with either chives of chopped parsley
