Smoked Mackerel Paté

Equipment
- 4 Ramekin dishes
- food processor/blender
- lemon squeezer
- chopping board
Ingredients
- 2 medium smoked mackerel fillets
- 5 floz sour cream
- 100 g Cottage cheese
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bone and slice mackerel
- Flake fish and place in liquidiser/blender
- Add cottage cheese, sour cream and lemon juice.
- Mix until smooth
- Place in containers and chill
