Smoked Mackerel Paté

Equipment

  • 4 Ramekin dishes
  • food processor/blender
  • lemon squeezer
  • chopping board

Ingredients

  • 2 medium smoked mackerel fillets
  • 5 floz sour cream
  • 100 g Cottage cheese
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Bone and slice mackerel
  • Flake fish and place in liquidiser/blender
  • Add cottage cheese, sour cream and lemon juice.
  • Mix until smooth
  • Place in containers and chill
