Ingredients

medium
smoked mackerel fillets
5
floz
sour cream
100
g
Cottage cheese
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Bone and slice mackerel
Flake fish and place in liquidiser/blender
Add cottage cheese, sour cream and lemon juice.
Mix until smooth
Place in containers and chill
