GARLIC and CHEESE WHIRLS
Divide dough into 2 (you could use the other half to make the plait or to make rolls)

- rolling pin
Ingredients
- 1 lb Bread dough
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 oz butter
- 6 oz Grated Cheese (150g)
Instructions
- Grease and flour 8 inch cake tin
- Crush garlic and mix with butter
- Roll dough to a rectangle on a lightly floured board.
- Spread the garlic butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Roll up as you would a Swiss Roll
- Cut into about 8 pieces.
- Shape
- Place in cake tin
- Flatten down.
- Leave to double in size.
- Bake for 20 – 25 mins.
