Sieve flour, salt, pepper mustard into mixing bowl
Add yeast and mix through
Add cheese and stir through
Start mixer and add approx. ¼pt lukewarm water to make a soft dough
Knead until smooth and forms ball in middle of bowl – do this using a wooden spoon if no dough hook
Cover with oiled cling film and leave to double in size – about an hour
Remove from bowl and knead on a floured surface for about 6-10 mins -should be a smooth, soft dough
Shape into sausage and put into tin, pushing the dough into the corners with your knuckles
Cover with oiled cling film and leave to rest for 20-30 mins
Bake for 20 mins, remove from tin and return to oven for further 5 mins
