BAKED CABBAGE
Preheat oven Electric 220 C/Fan 200 C, Fan 7
Servings: 4 people
- 1 lb cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Finely shred cabbage
Crush garlic with salt
Heat oil in frying pan and stir in garlic
Cook for 2 mins
Add cabbage, making sure it is coated with oil.
Pour into casserole dish, cover and bake for 15-20 mins
