BAKED CABBAGE

Preheat oven Electric 220 C/Fan 200 C, Fan 7

Servings: 4 people

Equipment

  • chopping board & sharp knife
  • garlic press
  • frying pan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Finely shred cabbage
  • Crush garlic with salt
  • Heat oil in frying pan and stir in garlic
  • Cook for 2 mins
  • Add cabbage, making sure it is coated with oil.
  • Pour into casserole dish, cover and bake for 15-20 mins
