BAKED CABBAGE
Preheat oven Electric 220 C/Fan 200 C, Fan 7

Equipment
- chopping board & sharp knife
- garlic press
- frying pan
Ingredients
- 1 lb cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Finely shred cabbage
- Crush garlic with salt
- Heat oil in frying pan and stir in garlic
- Cook for 2 mins
- Add cabbage, making sure it is coated with oil.
- Pour into casserole dish, cover and bake for 15-20 mins
