WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Equipment

  • Sweet cases
  • chopping board
  • sharp knife
  • mixing bowl
  • jug

Ingredients

  • 100 g White Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Double Cream
  • 1 tbsp Apricot Jam
  • 100 g Apricots no need to soak
  • 50 g Cake crumbs
  • 50 g Icing Sugar

DECORATE

  • 150 g White Chocolate

Instructions

  • Chop Apricots
  • Crumb cake
  • Sieve icing sugar
  • Melt 4 oz white chocolate
  • Stir in cream, jam, apricots, cake crumbs and icing sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Form into balls
  • Melt chocolate (6oz)
  • Dip the apricot balls into the chocolate.
  • Place on non stick paper
  • Leave until set
  • Place in sweet cases and chill
