Chop Apricots
Crumb cake
Sieve icing sugar
Melt 4 oz white chocolate
Stir in cream, jam, apricots, cake crumbs and icing sugar.
Mix well.
Form into balls
Melt chocolate (6oz)
Dip the apricot balls into the chocolate.
Place on non stick paper
Leave until set
Place in sweet cases and chill
