Crush biscuits
Melt butter.
Stir in biscuits and press into tin/dish. Chill
Melt plain chocolate
Add double cream and mix well.
Melt white chocolate
Mix white and dark chocolate together
Slowly add Baileys
Whisk cream cheese in the larger bowl and slowly add the chocolate mixture
Beat until smooth and fluffy.
Pour into cake tin, level out.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight
Serve with a swirl of cream and dusting of cocoa
