POMEGRANATE VODKA

  • muslin

Ingredients

  • 150 g pomegranate seeds
  • 70 cl vodka
  • 70 cl bottle for presenting vodka
  • 175 g caster sugar

Instructions

  • Sterilise jar
  • Add pomegranate seeds and caster sugar
  • Pour in vodka and seal the jar
  • Shake
  • Store in a cool dark place for 4 days, shaking regularly
  • Strain through a muslin into sterilised bottle
  • Label.
  • Store in a cool, dark place and use within a year – put this information on the label
