Ingredients
- 250 g good sea salt
- 2 tsp red peppercorns
- 2 tsp crushed red chillies
- 4 star anise
Instructions
- Sterilise jar
- Place salt in mixing bowl
- Add peppercorns, chillies and star anise
- Toss to mix around
- Carefully tip into prepared jar
- Seal and label
