Mix marmalade, mustard, orange juice and oil together
Pour over chicken and leave to marinade for about 30 - 40 mins
Cover tightly and bake for 40 - 50 mins
Turnover and baste with juices
Cook, uncovered for further 20 - 30 mins, check thighs are fully cooked.
Turn chicken in sauce at intervals
Serve with jacket potato, green vegetable, or rice
