RHUBARB GIN

Ready within about 4 weeks

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pink rhubarb
  • 400 g caster sugar
  • 800 ml gin

Instructions

  • Chop rhubarb into 3cm lengths and place in large jar with sugar.
  • Shake and leave overnight.
  • After 24 hours
  • Add gin, seal and shake.
