TURKEY SURPRISE
Preheat oven Electric 180 C/Fan 160 C, Gas 4

Equipment
- casserole dish
- chopping board & sharp knife
- tin opener
- grater
- mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 12 oz cooked turkey
- 1 lb cooked leftover vegetables carrots, cauliflower, leeks, broccoli etc
- 1 tin Mushroom or Chicken soup
- 5 oz grated cheese
- 2 oz fresh breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Place half the vegetables in the base of the casserole dish
- Arrange turkey on top of the vegetables
- Place remaining vegetables on top of the turkey
- Pour over soup
- Mix cheese and bread crumbs
- Sprinkle over the top
- Bake for 30 mins, until piping hot
- Serve with jacket potato
