MOIST YOGURT CAKE
Preheat oven, Gas 4, Electric 180 C/Fan 160 C

- Greased and line 2lb loaf tin
- mixing bowl
- food mixer
Ingredients
- 1 carton yogurt any flavour
- 3 cartons SR flour use empty yogurt carton
- 2 cartons Caster Sugar use empty yogurt carton
- 1 carton Vegetable Oil use empty yogurt carton
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Pour yogurt into mixing bowl.
- Wash and dry carton.
- Measure flour into bowl
- Measure sugar into bowl
- Measure oil into bowl
- Add eggs
- Beat until well mixed
- Pour into tin, bake for 45-50 mins
