CHOCOLATE RUM OR BRANDY TRUFFLES

Ingredients
- 50 g Dark Chocolate
- 1½ tbsp dark rum or brandy
- 25 g butter
- 1½ oz Icing sugar
- 1½ oz Ground almonds
- 1 tsp Cocoa
Instructions
- Place chocolate in a dry jug. Melt over a pan of water. (Melt in microwave)
- Stir in alcohol
- Gradually add butter – it should melt into the mixture.
- Add icing sugar and ground almonds.
- Mix well
- Chill for at least 30 mins
- Roll into balls
- Roll in cocoa
- Place in sweet cases
- Keep for 2 weeks
