CHOCOLATE ORANGE MUFFINS

Ingredients
- 225 g Plain Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 150 g Caster Sugar
- 75 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- ¼ pt Milk
Fillings
- 100 g Chocolate Orange
Instructions
- Roughly chop chocolate orange
- Weigh flour, baking powder, butter and sugar into mixing bowl
- Rub butter into dry ingredients
- Using mixer beat in egg and milk (should not be a ‘stiff’ mixture, add a little water if too stiff)
- Stir in chocolate orange
- Spoon into cases
- Bake 15-20 mins
